Instructions for preparing the camera-ready papers
for PRINTED PROCEEDINGS
- Camera-ready papers should not exceed 6 pages (IEEE double column format). The template is available here in doc format, or in general at the IEEE - Author Digital Tool Box webpage.
- The appropriate copyright notice for printed proceedings (centered text) is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper (authors should insert the copyright notice themselves). Please find here more information in doc, or in pdf format.
- When creating the final pdf file, please use the Letter format.
- Camera-ready papers must be sent via EDAS.
- A completed and signed copyright form should be scanned and sent in pdf format to networks2010@tele.pw.edu.pl. In the IEEE PUBLICATION TITLE field please write 2010 14th International
Telecommunications Network Strategy and Planning Symposium (NETWORKS)
Instructions for preparing the camera-ready papers
for publication in IEEE Xplore
- Camera-ready papers for publication in IEEE Xplore should be prepared according to the IEEE specification. The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates for the US letter format available here.
- The appropriate copyright notice for publication in IEEE XPlore should be inserted by the authors themselves). Please find here more information in doc, or in pdf format. The copyright notice should appear ONLY ON THE FIRST PAGE of the paper (IN THE LEFT BOTTOM PART, as shown in the sample file available here).
- Please make sure that:
- your paper complies with the above-mentioned template,
- the size of your paper is "Letter" (not A4),
- affiliations of authors appear just below the paper title (not in the left bottom part of the first page)
- the paper has NO PAGE NUMBERS inserted,
- NO headers are inserted,
- NO PDF security features are inserted (i.e., papers must be fully
accessible and editable).
- NO biographies of authors are included on the last page of the paper
- Camera-ready papers for publication in IEEE Xplore should be sent to jrak@eti.pg.gda.pl
(e-mail title: "[NETWORKS 2010] #EDAS_paper_ID Xplore"). Before sending the camera-ready paper, the author should check it for IEEE Xplore-compatiblity using the IEEE PDF eXpress site. Detailed information on using the IEEE PDF eXpress is available here.
