Please print the REGISTRATION FORM, complete it, and send it by fax to +48 22 699 25 74, or as a scanned document (in pdf format) to zarzad.glowny@sit.org.pl After that the respective fee should be transferred according to the information below. All questions regarding registration should be sent to networks2010@tele.pw.edu.pl.

Conference registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions and keynote/invited talks, one copy of the conference proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks, Gala Dinner and Welcome reception.

Please note that at least one author must register for the conference and at least one full conference registration fee must be paid per accepted paper, even if a presenting person is a student/PhD student.
